The Independent Police Directorate (Ipid) is investigating an attempted murder after a 17-yearold boy was allegedly shot twice by a Conville police officer last Saturday, 20 June. According to a source, the boy and a group of friends were on their way to Lawaaikamp after visiting a friend in Borcherds, when they were allegedly shot at by members of Conville police in Bruce Street.
