Sinenkosi Keyizana of Young Pirates played an exceptional game.

Quiet first half

The game got off to a good start with Heaven Stars controlling the first five minutes of the game - they tried their luck on the right side of the field, but their powerful strike went straight to Sizwe Kaptein, the Young Pirates goalkeeper.

The Pirates used their skill on the ball to take the game from Heaven Stars and go forward into the box. Heaven Stars received a set piece, but they failed to break the net.

Aviwe Ntshili of Heaven Stars drove in a long-range shot trying his luck, but his shot was denied by goalie Sizwe Kaptein, forcing a corner kick for Heaven Stars - but again they failed to convert their positive chance. In the first half both teams missed their opportunities and no goals were scored.

Action in the second half

The second half started at a very fast pace with Young Pirates chasing their first goal.

On the attack, Pirates players Sinenkosi Keyizana and Someleze Phakamile employed their strengths to controll the game and to keep up the pressure in order to create more chances into the box. Heaven Stars defenders were working overtime in defence against their opponents' flanks.

Heaven Stars players Musa Sitofile, Abenathi Ntlaba and Zubenathi Mavatha were using offensive tactics to go forward into the box, but Pirates took control of the game on the left side of the field and Odwa Moss scored the first goal of the game. Odwa Moss of Young Pirates was doing very well on the left, pressuring the Heaven Stars back line. Heaven Stars were unable to catch up with Young Pirates and the game ended 1-0 for Young Pirates, who went home with maximum points.
