Ajuma Nasenyana may have strutted her stuff in New York, Paris and Milan alongside the likes of Naomi Campbell and Alek Wek, but her story began in Kenya, where she first caught the eye of a local agent in the 2003 Miss Tourism Kenya competition. Since then, she has travelled the world and worked with the likes of Victoria’s Secret and Vivienne Westwood. She’s also a proud ambassadress for natural African beauty, speaking out against skin lightening and discrimination.
