1Over­head tri­ceps press Stand with feet shoul­der-width apart, arms up, hold­ing a heavy dumbbell. Keep bi­ceps by ears and lower weight be­hind head. Re­turn to start for one rep. Do three sets of 20 reps.

2Nar­row T push-up Start in high plank. Lower into a push-up, el­bows close to ribs. Bal­ance on your left hand as you open to right and stack legs for a side plank. Re­turn to start for one rep. Re­peat on op­po­site side. Do three sets of 20 reps.
