1Overhead triceps press Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms up, holding a heavy dumbbell. Keep biceps by ears and lower weight behind head. Return to start for one rep. Do three sets of 20 reps.
2Narrow T push-up Start in high plank. Lower into a push-up, elbows close to ribs. Balance on your left hand as you open to right and stack legs for a side plank. Return to start for one rep. Repeat on opposite side. Do three sets of 20 reps.
