“The February issue was exactly what I needed in my life, especially the article, ‘Worry? We’re done with you!’ I’ve always considered anxiety to be one of those things that you read about in magazines – a nice read, but not applicable to me. Until I had a breakdown in the baking aisle of a supermarket over pancake batter. I realised all the stress needed a way to get out. It’s almost as if we as women are destined to overthink everything: our careers, family, relationships, friendships, finances, children and ourselves without losing it. It took years of being on top of my game in every aspect of my life to realise life isn’t a race, it’s a marathon.
