Tomato and feta salad

It’s a clas­sic combo for a rea­son!

What you’ll need

3 Large to­ma­toes, sliced into wedges 1 tbsp red wine or bal­samic vine­gar 1 tbsp olive oil 8 Fresh basil leaves, juli­enned ½ cup crum­bled feta or goat’s cheese Salt and black pep­per, to sea­son

The how-to

Place in­gre­di­ents in a large, shal­low bowl. Sea­son, toss and serve.

Av­o­cado and mango salad

The com­bi­na­tion of rich, but­tery av­o­cado and sweet, tart mango is daz­zling.

What you’ll need

2 Ripe av­o­ca­dos, peeled and cubed 2 Ripe man­goes, peeled and cubed ¼ Fresh lime, squeezed ¼ tsp salt

The how-to

Place the av­o­ca­dos and man­goes in a bowl. Driz­zle with lime juice, sprin­kle with salt and serve.
