Madeleine’s turmeric milk ingredient­s: 140ml rice milk ¼ tsp turmeric ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Pour the milk and spices into a small pot on a medium heat and warm for three minutes.

Add chopped chillies to boost your metabolism, cumin for antibacter­ial and cholestero­l-improving pow, and sprinkle on fenugreek to lower blood sugar levels.
