1 cup coconut water ½ cup frozen cranberrie­s 1cm-piece ginger, minced ½ cup frozen pineapple 1 Banana Blend all ingredient­s until smooth. Good to know Pineapple is full of skin-brightenin­g vitamin C, aids digestion and reduces water retention.

Almond butter and greens shake

1 cup almond milk 1 cup frozen banana 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 cup spinach 1 Date Blend all ingredient­s until smooth. Good to know Spinach is high in iron, cacao helps fight skin-damaging free radicals – and who doesn’t like chocolate?
