Water weight eliminator slim-down
1 cup coconut water ½ cup frozen cranberries 1cm-piece ginger, minced ½ cup frozen pineapple 1 Banana Blend all ingredients until smooth. Good to know Pineapple is full of skin-brightening vitamin C, aids digestion and reduces water retention.
Almond butter and greens shake
1 cup almond milk 1 cup frozen banana 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 cup spinach 1 Date Blend all ingredients until smooth. Good to know Spinach is high in iron, cacao helps fight skin-damaging free radicals – and who doesn’t like chocolate?
Açai purple princess
²⁄³ cup coconut water 1 tbsp dried açai powder 1 Banana 1 tsp raw cacao powder ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ Avocado 1 Date Blend the first four ingredients, then add the rest and blend until smooth. Good to know Açai is high in antioxidants and cinnamon is an antiinflammatory that reduces redness and blemishes.
