Wa­ter weight elim­i­na­tor slim-down

1 cup co­conut wa­ter ½ cup frozen cran­ber­ries 1cm-piece gin­ger, minced ½ cup frozen pineap­ple 1 Ba­nana Blend all in­gre­di­ents un­til smooth. Good to know Pineap­ple is full of skin-bright­en­ing vi­ta­min C, aids di­ges­tion and re­duces wa­ter re­ten­tion.

Al­mond but­ter and greens shake

1 cup al­mond milk 1 cup frozen ba­nana 1 tbsp al­mond but­ter 1 tbsp raw ca­cao pow­der 1 cup spinach 1 Date Blend all in­gre­di­ents un­til smooth. Good to know Spinach is high in iron, ca­cao helps fight skin-dam­ag­ing free rad­i­cals – and who doesn’t like choco­late?

Açai pur­ple princess

²⁄³ cup co­conut wa­ter 1 tbsp dried açai pow­der 1 Ba­nana 1 tsp raw ca­cao pow­der ¼ tsp ground cin­na­mon ¼ Avo­cado 1 Date Blend the first four in­gre­di­ents, then add the rest and blend un­til smooth. Good to know Açai is high in an­tiox­i­dants and cin­na­mon is an an­ti­in­flam­ma­tory that re­duces red­ness and blem­ishes.
