Proof that good things come back, the friendship braid is showing up on runways and we love its anything-goes ethos: “Play around and enjoy,” says hairstylist Eugene Souleiman, who created colourful plaits for Maison Margiela by securing silk yarn at the hairline. “This style is one you would do with a friend. Hence the name.”
