Rihanna’s sexy library

Rihanna’s third Fenty x Puma activewear collection was inspired by preparatory school kids – gone bad.

Unveiled at the Autumn Paris Fashion Week in March, her set and venue offered a literal translation of the back-to-school theme. In the Bibliothèque Nationale de France (the French national library), guests were seated at long study tables in the centre of a domed hall.

Around its edges, in the book stacks lining three floors above, models slouched against railings.

A ringing school bell marked the start of the show, and models used the tabletops as their runways, walking to a soundtrack featuring SA’S Die Antwoord.
