-

Bethany Levy

Doubled for Zoe Saldana in Star Trek Into Darkness and Beyoncé in ‘Lemonade’.

Horseback riding and rock climbing. “I enjoy the outdoors,” she says. The mix gives her the perfect amount of muscle tone.

“I love raw kale and spicy beet chips. I also like seeds when I crave something crunchy or salty, to replenish my electrolytes.”

Kelli Barksdale

Doubles for kids on shows like Modern Family and American Horror Story.

Kelli does gymnastics on a trampoline, which is “a great workout for balance and air awareness.” Plus, it’s easy on her joints.

“I drink kombucha, eat sushi and recently cut out dairy,” she says. “It made a huge difference. I was so much lighter on my feet.”

Shauna Duggins

Doubled on Supergirl and Alias and is also the stunt coordinator on Ray Donovan.

“I love to elongate my muscles,” Shauna says. She does Pilates and yoga, and a lot of cardio. “It shocks my body a little.”

“I believe in moderation. If I need to drop a few kilos for a role, I cut out carbs and extras like chocolate. My body adapts very quickly.”

Ming Qiu

Doubles on Agents of SHIELD and Scorpion.

She aims for four twohour training sessions a week and sticks to martial arts, “a lot of stretching,” and “a little weight training.”

For Ming, it’s more about when she eats. “I try to finish dinner around 6pm and not eat anything after,” she says.

Heidi Germaine Schnappauf

Doubled on Jessica Jones and doubles on Blindspot.

Crossfit, hot yoga and daily two- to threeminute planks are her standbys. “It keeps my spine and core strong,” she says.

“Pretty close to a Paleo diet: lower carbs, higher in good fats and proteins. But if I couldn’t have pizza, I might go crazy!”
