Goo-Moremi Resort

It’s an hour’s drive (68 km) from Palapye. The tar road ends at the village of Moremi, after which it’s only a couple of kilometres of sandy gravel road. Entry fees: P60 (R83) per adult; P45 (R63) per child aged 6 – 15 (only day visitors pay park fees). P50 (R70) per vehicle (once-off).

Go on a guided walk into the Goo-Moremi Gorge. The resort near the gorge has five camping stands: P200 (R279) per adult; P60 (R84) per child aged 6 – 15. Baobab’s Bushveld Rest is in Marnitz on the N11, and Baobab’s Farm Cottages 7,5 km from Marnitz along a decent dirt road in the direction of Swartwater. Moriti Bush Camp

This campsite is next to the Limpopo River, 3,5 km from the Grobler’s Bridge border post. Maximum of eight people – you book the site exclusively. Electricity is available and the kitchen and ablution facilities are excellent. It costs R550 per night for two people, R250 per person per night for 3 – 8 people. Free for kids under 12.
