Ever heard of Penta biltong?
After working for 54 years, we finally retired at 72. Our favourite winter destinations are the Kruger National Park as well as the ATKV’s Eiland Spa, because Mossel Bay winters are really bad for our health. En route we stopped in Kimberley, where we tried to make some biltong. This year our timing was a little off and the meat needed to come with to the Kruger. With no other option, I hung it inside the Penta’s pop-up roof to dry – here I could keep an eye on it from my bed. Now it’s time for my pocket knife to do its thing!
