Left and right

Like with most off-road caravans, the kitchen is on the left, with the bed folding out of the right-hand-side panel instead of opening up over the A-frame. Before you pitch you first have to deploy the corner steadies, fold out the bed, and then lift the pop-up roof. As with the previous model (and the Xplorer), Jurgens uses three loose corner steadies. They’re stored above the A-frame where they’re screwed onto the body. These corner steadies have a crank handle at the top. As you turn the handle, an arm lifts on the side of the corner steady. The corner steadies each also have separate base plates. The arms each fit into a square tube in the body of the chassis. Two of them fit onto the corners at the back and the third one in front opposite the jockey wheel. >
