The Okapi brand has its origins in Solingen, Germany – a city known for its blade-making prowess. For more than 100 years, its products were sent to all German colonies, deriving the modern-day name from the giraffe-like animal found in the Congo.

This biltong knife’s carbon steel blade is 104 mm long, while the resin-impregnated handle adds another 137 mm.
