Seize the moment and visit St Christopher’s new campus
THE idyllic view of the ocean, the rolling hills and the nearby forests confirm that St Christopher’s campus in Kidd’s Beach truly is a “green school”.
St Christopher’s Private School opened its doors for the first time in January.
An array of solar panels ensures that the school runs off its own independent electrical source.
The vision to “Inspire to Aspire Beyond Limits” is held firm with a strong work ethic, strict code of conduct and high expectations to succeed.
The motto “carpe diem”, which translates to “seize the day”, encourages students to make use of the opportunities available to them – in all aspects of their lives.
As a result, we offer a wide range of extra-mural activities.
These include rugby, soccer, hockey, cricket and cross country. However, as we grow in numbers, we will include mountain biking, kayaking, surfing, angling and abseiling.
On the cultural side we offer art, drama, ballet, SCA, Computer Club, media and Interact. The number of students has risen from 121 on the first day to 174 currently.
Classes are offered from Grade R to Grade 9, with the first Grade 10 class opening next year. Applications for all grades are open.
The first Open Day will be held at the start of the third term as soon as all the new buildings have been constructed.
Please feel free to contact the school on (043) 555-0345 to arrange a tour of this brand new, environmentally friendly, high tech and affordable Independent School.
