Misting systems

Few things offer the cooling power of water, and the handy misting systems many restaurants use to keep their patrons cool are now also available for household use – from DIY sets to those that should be professionally installed, as well as mist umbrellas. They work fast: a high-pressure pump forces water through pipes that then blow out a fine mist. When the droplets evaporate, the air is immediately cooled by up to 12˚C.

Tip Misting systems also help to keep insects away.
