I am a typical accountant who weighs up everything from beginning to end before making a decision, and at Permaculture South Africa we’ve trained a wide range of people, from a brain surgeon to a commercial apple farmer. I’ve never regretted the switch from accounting to working with the soil. There are many problems in the world, but by practising permaculture we can change things one step at a time.”
