Get ready

• moulds – we used two buckets for our pot and two plastic basins for our bird bath (the difference between the two moulds should be at least 3cm-4cm) • wire netting or galvanised wire mesh • sunflower oil • cement and fine building sand – if this is your first go at working with cement, rather use a ready-made mortar mixture
