We all know the best-tasting tomatoes are the juicy sun-ripened fruit you grow in your own back garden, but in times of need it’s always good to know there are new types available in the shops, such as the ZZ2 Medley Mix (in a 600g punnet), which contains six varieties of red, brown, yellow, orange and pink tomatoes; and the ZZ2 175g snack cup of Spanish Santé tomatoes – both great for salads or to satisfy hunger pangs that strike while you’re at your desk.

ZZ2 marketing manager Clive Garrett says these two new products meet the growing demand worldwide for bitesized fruit, although the classic round tomato remains a nutritional staple to the majority of people in Africa.
