Vincent de Gaspary

A familiar face in town Vincent fell into a swimming pool when he was a little boy and the doctors told his parents he wouldn’t live beyond the age of five. Today, “hundreds of surgeries later – the last when I was 21”, he is a well-known and much-loved resident of St Lucia. He struggles to walk, so he uses a three-wheeler to get around. “I bug everyone for free food and milkshakes,” he jokes.
