BRINE AND PICKLE
Marcelle Botha of the Demo-Den Cookery School in Bloemfontein will demonstrate how to make pastrami and biltong, and then move on to pickling vegetables such as artichokes from a tin. Workshop participants will also learn how to mix, knead and bake pumpernickel bread.
