Day 1: Augrabies Falls

We meet at Augrabies Falls for a talk hosted by our photograph­y guide, and we overnight in the park.

Day 2 & 3: Canyon Roadhouse

We cross the border into Namibia at Onseepkans. In the afternoon there will be a Q&A with our profession­al photograph­er. On the third day we will spend time at Ai-Ais and you will have the chance to photograph the Fish River Canyon at the Hobas viewpoint.

Day 4: Klein-Aus Vista

In the afternoon we’ll visit the wild horses of the Namib at the Garub waterhole, about 25 km from Klein-Aus Vista, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 5: Kolmanskop & Lüderitz

After breakfast we’ll drive to Kolmanskop before overnighti­ng in Lüderitz, a coastal town known for its German architectu­re. Day 6: Kanaän Today we’ll travel to the farm Kanaän, where we’ll see the first red dunes of the Namib.

Day 7 & 8: Sossusvlei

Our destinatio­n for the next two days is Sesriem and Namibia’s famous dunes. We’ll stop at Sesriem Canyon and watch the sunset from Elim Dune, and we’ll get going early the next morning to visit Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei for that magical golden hour of photograph­y.

Day 9: Meet Boesman

After breakfast we’ll visit Solitaire before heading north to Sossus-on-Foot where the owner, known as Boesman, will take us on a guided excursion.

Day 10: Walvis Bay

We travel to Walvis Bay via the Gaub and Kuiseb valleys and stop at the salt pans to see flamingos. Day 11: Home After breakfast it’s time to say goodbye.
