Skilpad section, Namaqua National Park

There are four chalets about 2,5 km from the Skilpad office with views for days. Each sleeps four (two single beds and a sleeper couch) and they’re fully equipped with a big inside braai. Rates: Daily conservation fee R37 per adult; R18 per child; free with a Wild card. Accommodation R620 per night for the first two people, plus R240 per extra adult; R120 per extra child. How to get there: From Kamieskroon, follow the road that passes under the N7 and drive about 20 km to the Skilpad office.
