Catering & Banqueting Coordinator

Montego Pet Nutrition is looking for a focused, motivated and driven Catering & Banqueting Coordinator who must be highly organised, able to multi-task and effectively manage, organise and influence stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.

Catering and Banqueting Coordination and overseeing all aspects of company events, including set-up, menu selection and food presentation. Responsible for all Coffee Shop personnel and the standard of service that the Coffee Shop offers.

Deal with all Banqueting correspondence and telephonic enquiries (bookings and schedules banquets, functions, conferences, etc.). Responsible for the cost against revenue control in the Food and Beverage areas.

Implements and maintains proper control systems with regard to purchasing, storage, sales and costs.

Supervises receiving and storage, and rotation of food and beverage items.

Responsible for pricing, product standards and menu planning & costing. Prepare all necessary reports.

Ensure stock-taking and stock control.

Grade 12 or relevant qualification.

Customer service is of high importance. Knowledge of IQ Win Programme.

Catering & Banqueting experience will be beneficial. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation is required.
