Businesses invited to get into the swing of things

GRAAFF-REINET — The Graaffreinet Business League Golf will start on Friday, November 17, and be played over four weeks, culminating in a prize-giving and supper on December 15.

All businesses are invited to enter a team at R800 (R200 per week).

As one of the goals is to inspire new players, you are encouraged to include two non-golfers or beginner golfers.

The format will be a scramble drive with one score to count for the first three holes; two scores to count for the next three holes and three scores to count for the last three holes. As it now stays light for so much longer you can tee off as late as 16:00 and still complete the nine holes.
