Supporting Gtown at #NAF2016

-

A IIIAzlan Makalima good feeling for our Festival kicks on opening night. It draws attention about what to expect during the 10 days of amazing.

have never attended any Main Festival shows as I couldn’t find any locals performing in the Guy Butler Theatre.

However this year, I will surely attend one or two, as it is a year of music Festival.

As a hip hop artist, who also happens to be part of the Fringe festival, I am going to make sure I do not miss AKA’s show on Friday 8 July.

was once invited to the theatre by Via Kasi Movers when they had a show called Van Tuka Af and I was so amazed by their performance, I am doing it again this year.

Honestly, I am gunning for local shows this year, as I am going to be at work for the period of festival.

will use my weekends wisely and support my fellow residents, from Nombasa, Waterline, Around Hip Hop, Zeezee, KayKay and myself of course.

Staying at home during the Festival can be boring because a lot of people are in town cherishing good times with friends and family.

If you happen to be in Grahamstown for a holiday, I would advise you attend at least one show.

Fingo Festival is a free to all family event, so it’s a must.
