1. What were you doing before being appointed as a councillor that prepared you for the job?

It is the second time I have been elected as a councillor, so I could say my first term prepared me.

2. What issues concern you the most about your ward?

Well, unfinished projects such as tar roads, housing rectification, the transit camp housing project not finished, cleanliness, no income-generating projects, drugs and substance abuse.

3. What will be your strategy over the next five years to tackle them?

I will make sure that with regards to the indicated projects, I raise them with all relevant plat- forms in making sure that they are attended to. When it comes to the other social issues raised, I will engage the community so that we can come up with programmes to address them.
