Pick n Pay staff room

The Pick ‘n Pay interior is looking good. But could the management please consider using some of the space for a staff tea/lunch/break room? It is a shame to see the people who give us such good service sitting on the pavement outside Pick ‘n Pay during their short breaks.

We do have a fairly large canteen for staff to use, but this unfortunately does not cater for smoking, as we are a food store. I discussed the letter with the staff representatives, and they indicated that most often , staff prefer to sit outside, smoking, playing board games and chatting, while watching activities taking place in the streets. They are happy with their facility, but often just prefer being outside. Jon Campbell, Owner
