Training days for tourist-friendly city

-

Every so often Makana Tourism is lucky to have external trainers provide courses, workshops and information sessions to our townsfolk on a variety of subjects. Some courses and workshops are free, some are not, but all contribute to our providing a better service to our customers and tourists – crucial if we are to become a customer and tourist-friendly city.

Mrs Zelda Citwa, the wellknown and accredited director of Tourism Shine, is putting together a free two-day Customer Service workshop for people involved in the retail sector which she hopes to hold in Grahamstown soon. For more information call her on 083 767 4279. Customer service awareness is sorely needed in our city and I hope that this workshop will be of value.
