GOOD IDEA Eternal security of the believer

I am sure of this, that He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

The apostle Paul is fully persuaded and convinced that the God who saved us is ever able to keep us saved until the second coming of Christ. The Christian is one who has been marvellously saved by grace through repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus. It is a miracle that the born again believer will never forget. Salvation is of God alone from start to finish. This is what Christ says of His sheep, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.” (John 10:28-29)

Children of the living God, as those who have eternal life in Christ, you will never perish and no one can snatch you out of the hands of the Father and the Son. Nothing in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Read Romans 8:37-39). Let us rejoice in our eternal security, and let us praise God for His grace and power by which we able to remain Christians until the end of our lives on earth. Hallelujah! Remember, that a holy life and perseverance in the faith are evidences that you are truly born again and are being kept by God.
