A vertical tyre garden

Prep a clean, dry tyre with Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer; once dry, apply two coats of Rust-oleum Chalked spray paint in Blush Pink. When that’s dry, seal with Rust-oleum Chalked Matte Clear. Drill drainage holes, add potting soil and plants. Suspend the tyre from a rope. >>
