The problem Although keen to keep his bedroom separate from the bathroom in his Milnerton home, interior designer Hanno de Swardt was ready to ditch the existing “boring” brick wall in favour of a more seamless integration of the two spaces.
The solution He opted for an 8mm tinted glass wall that allows for visual continuity and improved light. “A brick wall would have stolen too much light and it’s predictable, while the tinted glass is sexy and contemporary.
