Faka amanzi awu-10ml kwingxube bese wengeza ngoshukela, ukugovuze ushukela uze uncibilike kube sengathi kuyanamfuk­a.

Faka ama- pecan nuts uwagovuze ahlangane kahle kule ngxube.

Wafake esitsheni sokubhaka, bese ujusi osele uwuvuvuzel­e phezu kwawo amakinati.

Kubhake imizuzu eyi-10-12 amakinati aze arosteke. Wakhiphe kuhhavini bese uwafaka esitsheni esivalekay­o. Yendlala kahle izithako zakho epuletini elikhulu ( platter) bese uvuvuzela ngamakinat­i ngaphezulu ( candied pecans).

U-75ml wobisi olubandayo. Hlanganisa inyama yenkukhu, i- curry powder, i- spice for mince nama- mixed herbs esitsheni. Kumboze ukuyeke imizuzu eli-15. Shisisa amafutha ebhodweni. Thosa u-anyanisi imizuzu eyisi-7 noma uze uthambe, bese ufaka u- garlic, uphinde ulinde imizuzu emithathu.

Shisisa uhhavini izinga libe ku-180 Celsius. Thosa inyama yenkukhu no-anyanisi imizuzu emihlanu kuya kweyisi-7 noma kuze kube nsundu kancane. Faka i- rice nama- lentil ku-anyanisi.

Thela i- chicken stock kwi- rice bese uvala ngesivalo. Faka kuhhavini ukuyeke imizuzu engama-45 noma i- rice lize lithambe. Phaka usufake ne- parsley.
