Washa amadumbe bese uwabilisa ufake nosawoti kuze kube ayathamba, mhlawumbe kungaba yisikhathi esingangehora nemizuzu engama-30.
Wahlube bese uwenza imeshi, uma esepholile ufake usawoti neblack pepper kancane.
UKWENZA ICHAKALAKA
Epanini elishisayo faka amafutha no-anyanisi oqotshiwe no-green pepper. Kuthose kuze kuthambe, faka i- ginger and garlic bese ufaka no- curry powder.
Faka u- carrot ogreyithiwe uyeke kuphekeke imizuzu embalwa, uma sekuthambile, faka ithini likabhontshisi uyeke kuphekeke. Kuyeke imizuzwana. Bese ukhipha iziqu ( stem) kuma- mushroom, uwahlanganise namadumbe ameshiwe.
Thatha ingxube yamadumbe uyirole ngobhekeni ( bacon). Shisisa uhhavini bese ugrisa ithileyi likahhavini ngamafutha.
Beka ingxube yamadube egoqwe ngobhekeni ethileyini, ukuyeke kuthoseke kuze kube nsundu kancane.
