150g castor sugar;
28g canola oil;
60g icing sugar wokuthela ikhekhe.
FROSTING:
250g cream cheese;
60g icing sugar;
240g whipping cream;
5ml vanilla extract; Strawberry jam.
Ngaphambi kokuba uqale, zonke izithako mazibe kwi- room temperature, shesha uzikhiphe efrijini.
1. Shisisa u- oven uwubeke ku-180. 2. Hlanganisa ushukela, vanilla extract namaqanda kwi- mixer, ukushaye
kuze kube mhlophe kube negwebu. Thela amafutha.
3. Sefa u- flour, baking powder, nosawoti Thela kwi- mixer kube izigaba ezintathu. Wenze ngesineke. 4. Lungisa ipani lokubhaka uligcobe ngebhotela noma ufake i- baking sheet. Thela inhlama yakho.
Bhaka imizuzu ewu-10- 12.
5. Thela u- icing sugar kwi- baking sheet, bese ukhiphela khona ikhekhe, liphendule uwuthela futhi. Lokhu kusiza ukuba lingabambeleli uma usuligoqa.
6. Ligoqe lisashisa ikhekhe, bese ulilinda liphole.
7. Livule ugcobe ujamu kuqala bese ufaka i- cream cheese, uyigcobisise. Ligoqe futhi ulibeke efrijini ihora elilodwa.
8. Likhiphe, uvuvuzele u- icing sugar kulona ulihlobise.
FILLING:
1. Shaya i- cream cheese, whipping cream ne- icing sugar kuze kuhlangane kube bushelelezi, bese ugcoba ikhekhe okwesamishi, ufake ujamu.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
225g ibhotela 125g icing sugar 300g cream cheese
Ngaphambi kokuba uqale zonke izithako mazibe kwi-room temperature, shesha uzikhiphe efrijini.
1. Shisisa u-oven uwubeke ku-160.
2. Hlanganisa ushukela, vanilla extract nebhotela kwi-mixer, ukushaye kuze kubemhlophe kuthambe.
3. Faka amaqanda ngalinye ngesikhathi kuze kuhlangane kahle. Thela amasi namafutha. Faka i- food colouring.
4. Sefa u- flour, i-baking powder, i-cocoa powder nosawoti.
Thela kwi- mixer kube izigaba ezimbili. Yenza ngesineke. 5. Ungayixovi kakhulu inhlama. 6. Lungisa ipani lokubhaka uligcobe ngebhotela noma ufake i- baking sheet. Thela inhlama yakho. Bhaka imizuzu ewu-25. Libeke kwi- wirerack ukuze liphole.
FROSTING:
1. Shaya ibhotela, i- vanilla extract no-icing sugar kuze kuhlangane kubebushelelezi. Gcoba ikhekhe nekhekhe okwesamishi.
