Yidla okuzokugcina ungumqemane
UKUBIBIYELA, ugimbe kwasani ngesikhathi samaholide kaKhisimusi kungakushiya unomzimba ocobekile, usuzizwa sengathi uyagula.

YIDLA UKWATAPHEYA
Ukwatapheya unezakhamzimba i- glutathione enothe ngo- vitamin E, yenza isibindi sizikhucululele sona ubuthi noma ngobaluphi uhlobo.
