Ukubaluleka kosuku lwabasebenzi
UMDONSISWANO ophakathi kwabaqashi nezinyunyana zezisebenzi, ikakhulukazi phansi kohlelo lomnotho wobugombelakwezabo ( capitalism) olubuye luhlonishiswe ngokuthi yi- free enterprise, unomlando omude wokuzabalazela ukuba kube nezimo zasemsebenzini ezinobulungiswa - phecelezi, fair employment standards.
Phakathi kwezinto ezabe zizatshalazelwa wukuba kuvunyelwane ngesibalo samahora asemthethweni okusebenza ngosuku nokuthi uma usebenze kwaba ngaphezulu kwalokho, umqashi aphoqeleke ukukhokhela imali yaleso sikhathi esengeziwe ebizwa nge-overtime ngolwasemzini.
