UHLOSE ukufundisa umphakathi ngokubaluleka kokudla nemikhutshana ehambisana nakho, kungagcini nje ngokuthi ukudla yinto yokugcwalisa isisu, uNkz Zandile “Zandi the Chef” Makhoba, njengoba esezocobelela abafundi beLANGA ngolwazi lwakhe lweminyaka ewu-6 enguchef.
