This month award-win­ning Bri­tish band Bastille will touch down in South Africa for a three-city tour (Cape Town on the 4th, Dur­ban on the 6th and Jo­han­nes­burg on the 7th).The band that wowed the world with the smash al­bum Bad Blood and the mas­sive global hit “Pom­peii” won’t be the only class act en­ter­tain­ing crowds in Oc­to­ber, as sev­eral top lo­cal bands will be blast­ing out their hits as open­ing acts. Singer and song­writer Matthew Mole will be per­form­ing at all three con­certs. Adding to the line-up in Cape Town and Jo­han­nes­burg will be Op­po­site The Other, while Monark will play in Jo­han­nes­burg, and Tre­sor in both Jo­han­nes­burg and Dur­ban. For the Joburg au­di­ence the day comes with a bonus for rugby fans as the big screens, bars and food ven­dors will all re­main for the big test match be­tween New Zealand and South Africa.Tick­ets are avail­able at Webtick­ets.co.za.
