Walking into the Greenhouse Restaurant located on the Cellars-Hohenhort property in Constantia, Cape Town, you get a sense of contemporary, South African style mixed with tradition – and that is also the experience that chefs Peter Tempelhoff and Ashley Moss create together with their team. The artistic dishes placed in front of you are both beautiful and complex. Guests at the restaurant can look forward to an exquisite gastronomic experience, including dishes such as Laingsburg lamb served with braised kelp, Asian pesto, roasted garlic, and fermented apricot. For dessert try the Madagascan chocolate dessert with caramel crumble, pears, honeybush cremeaux, and amazi chocolate milk.
