Walking into the Greenhouse Restaurant located on the Cellars-Hohenhort property in Constantia, Cape Town, you get a sense of contemporary, South African style mixed with tradition – and that is also the experience that chefs Peter Tempelhoff and Ashley Moss create together with their team.
