Walk­ing into the Green­house Restau­rant lo­cated on the Cel­lars-Ho­hen­hort prop­erty in Con­stan­tia, Cape Town, you get a sense of con­tem­po­rary, South African style mixed with tra­di­tion – and that is also the ex­pe­ri­ence that chefs Peter Tem­pel­hoff and Ash­ley Moss cre­ate to­gether with their team. The artis­tic dishes placed in front of you are both beau­ti­ful and com­plex. Guests at the restau­rant can look for­ward to an ex­quis­ite gas­tro­nomic ex­pe­ri­ence, in­clud­ing dishes such as Laings­burg lamb served with braised kelp, Asian pesto, roasted gar­lic, and fer­mented apri­cot. For dessert try the Mada­gas­can choco­late dessert with caramel crum­ble, pears, hon­ey­bush cre­meaux, and amazi choco­late milk.
