Isifo sikashukela sidinga ukugadwa

Isifo sikashukela sibangwa, phakathi kokunye, wuhlobo lokudla olukhuphula amazinga kashukela emzimbeni, okuholela ekukhuluphaleni ngokweqile. Abantu okunomlando wesifo sikashukela emndenini yabo; abanamafutha ngokweqile emzimbeni; nomfutho wegazi ophezulu; bonke basengcupheni yokuphathwa yisifo sikashukela.

Gwema inyama enjengamasoseji, ubhekeni, ama-viena nopholoni ngoba kunamafutha nosawoti okuningi. Qaphela isilinganiso salezi zidlo. Ukudla kakhulu kungakubeka engcupheni.
Phuza kakhulu amanzi aphephile nahlanzekile, okungenani izingilazi eziwu 6 noma 8 ngosuku. Yidla izitshalo nezithelo eziningi nsuku zonke, uxube imibala eyehlukene yezitshalo nezithelo njengezidlo ezilula zasemini yasekuseni nasemini yantambama. Zingasiza ukulawula amazinga kashukela ukuthi angakhuphuki futhi angashoni phansi kakhulu.
