Ukudla kwesintu ukufaka isandla sesimanje osengumpheki onohlonze

UNksz Hlongwa, othi akaze akuyele esikoleni ukupheka, usizwe wuthando lobuciko nokuzama ukuziqalela izinto ezintsha.

Okuhlukile ngokudla kwami ukuthi ngicabanga noma yini bese ngiveza ubuciko bami ekudleni. Ngenza ngisho isobho lamadumbe kanti nendlela engipheka ngayo isijingi awube usabona nokuthi yisona,” echaza.
UNksz Hlongwa uthe waqala ukuphekela imicimbi ngo-2011 wabhalisa inkampani yakhe i-AfricanistaFoods ngonyaka odlule.
Yize eyiphekela imicimbi emikhulu, ukuthokozela kakhulu ukuphekela eyabambalwa ukuze aveze kahle ikhono.

“Ngisizwa ukubuka izinhlelo zokupheka nokuhambela imicimbi yokudla ukuze ngilole ikhono lami. Ngikhonze ezobuciko nokuhambela imicimbi yezinkondlo nemibukiso yobuciko.
Uma ngicabanga ukuhlanganisa ukudla ngisuke ngicabanga ubuciko,” kusho yena.
Emcimbini yeFood Tasting uhlanganisa namaciko azonandisa ngomculo nezinkondlo, ehlise ngezidlo.
Uyakujabulela ukwanda kwezindawo zokudla emalokishini, njengoba ethi naye inhloso ngale micimbi wukuheha abantu. Kumanje ubhala ibhuku lezidlo athe lizophuma ngonyaka ozayo.
Isifiso esikhulu ukuba neFood Festival nokuthi isitayela sakhe sokudla saziwe umhlaba wonke.
