Ikhipha amandla awu 294kW/480Nm ewayisa kuwona womane amasondo (Quattro all wheel drive), isebenzisa u-gearbox onamagiya ayiskhombi­sa (7-speed S Tronic Dual Clutch).

Konke lokhu kuhlangana kwenze i-RS3 Sportback isuke ekumeni iye ku 100km/h ngemizuzwa­na engu-4.1 igcine ku 250km/h (280km/h uma uthatha I RS Dynamic Package).

I TTRS yona isebenzisa lenjini ukusuka 0 iye ku 100km/h ngemizuzwa­na engu 3.7. Ngokudla uphethroli i-RS3 idla 8.2l/100km bese kuthi i-TTRS idle 8.6l/100km.
