INHLANGANO eqwashisa ngezifo eziphazami­sa umqondo iSouth African Depression and Anxiety Group (Sadag) inxusa ukuthi kugqugquze­lwe abantu abasha ukuthi bakhulume ngezifo ezithikame­za umqondo.

Izolo, umhlaba wonkana ubugubha usuku lokuqwashi­sa ngezifo ezithikame­za umqondo, iWorld Mental Health Day – indikimba yakulo nyaka ithi “Youth and Mental Health”.
