A topscorerslook at past reveals Nationala spectacularFirst Division decline for most Golden Boot winners. 2015/16 Thabiso Kutumela (18 goals) After top scoring with 18 goals for Baroka FC, Kutumela was then snapped up by Orlando Pirates, yet played just five league games for Bucs last season, scoring one goal. 2014/15 Phumelele Bhengu (22 goals) Bhengu has scored just one goal since his impressive 22-goal haul for Thanda Royal Zulu two seasons ago. A move to SuperSport United proved fruitless as he made just four substitute appearances in the 2015/16 season, before joining NFD side Royal Eagles where he managed just one goal in 15 games. 2013/14 David Zulu (16 goals) Sixteen goals for Black Leopards earned Zulu a move to Chippa United, where five goals in his six months in Port Elizabeth led to a switch to Kaizer Chiefs. No goals in five appearances for Amakhosi resulted in two loan spells to Chippa, which only reaped two goals in 25 games. 2012/13 Nkosinathi Mthiyane (14 goals) Joint-topscorer Mthiyane joined AmaZulu after Thanda Royal Zulu, but scored just two goals over the next two seasons for Usuthu. He managed four goals in 26 appearances the year after, before signing for Orlando Pirates. No game-time in six months led to a loan move to Golden Arrows in January, where he made 13 starts without scoring.
