Out and About from art to sport and oysters

-

THURSDAY, JULY 6 #KnysnaWillRise art and camaraderie at 18:00.

Join us for an evening of good conversation, great atmosphere and some artwork from two local guys.

A dual exhibition launch showcasing photographer, Warren Fleming and artist, Ricardo L. van Lingen’s new collections, inspired by the devastating Knysna Fires.

Warren Fleming, photographer at large, has sought to find beauty in the devastating events following the fires of June 7 in and around Knysna. His exclusive series, Ghosts of the Scared Earth, represents a subtle beauty in all destruction, whether life or death, nature is of all power.

Ricardo, a dynamic young artist will be showcasing “loss/lessons/love” along side the photography in his unique and creative artistic perspective.

Proceeds of Fleming’s sales will go to various foundations and people in need affected by the events that transpired.

Canapes of delight from the kitchen of Avopomme will be served to tickle your taste buds while Red Bridge Brewery, local craft beer brewery, has graciously donated some beverages for the evening. As well some good grape from The Goose Wines. See poster attached.
