To Knysna Charters for giving the Grade R learners of Stepping Stones/ Riverwood the opportunity to explore the Knysna estuary by boat. They had a wonderful time. Special thanks to captain Keith for the professional way in which he undertook the cruise and the interesting information he shared with these young learners.
To the very lively and child-friendly SANParks ranger who introduced the Grade R learners of Stepping Stones/ Riverwood School to the Knysna seahorse and other interesting inhabitants in their tank. She reached the learners on their level of understanding and they came away excited to preserve their environment.
