Join us at the S­tra­w­ber­ry Festival pre­sen­ted by Ola on 30 Sep­tem­ber and 1 Oc­to­ber at Red­ber­ry Farm in Ge­or­ge for a jam-pac­ked fa­mi­ly wee­kend. T­he­re are o­ver 50 at­tracti­ons to look for­ward to, cen­tred a­round sweet, sweet stra­w­ber­ries!

Wee­kend high­lig­hts in­clu­de an out­door coun­try mar­ket, li­ve shows by na­ti­o­nal ar­tis­ts Ma­jo­zi, De­wald Wasser­fall and Joe Fos­ter, trail run­ning, cof­fee-and-ber­ry pai­rings, CrossFit, he­li­cop­ter flips, dan­ce per­for­man­ces, craft beerand-ber­ry pai­rings, Zum­bathon, trac­tor ri­des and the Al­goa FM Top 30 bro­ad­cast.

Ma­ke su­re you get the full s­tra­w­ber­ry ex­pe­rien­ce by en­joying a s­tra­w­ber­ry tre­at or cock­tail at the S­tra­w­ber­ry Em­po­ri­um, pick your own stra­w­ber­ries in the fields, en­ter the Red­ber­ry Farm S­tra­w­ber­ry Eat-Off! and s­tra­w­ber­ry stom­ping com­pe­ti­ti­ons, or at­tend a ber­ry pai­ring.

T­his ul­ti­ma­te fa­mi­ly festival has plen­ty in sto­re for the kids - s­tra­w­ber­ry and ice-cre­am e­a­ting com­pe­ti­ti­ons, a gi­gan­tic in­fla­ta­ble kids play park, tiny tots soft play, and Red­ber­ry Farm acti­vi­ties - mi­ni train, po­ny ri­des, pe­dal go-carts, bun­ny fee­ding, bo­ats and bub­ble ball on the dam. Kid-friend­ly shows in­clu­de bal­loon twis­ting, Meet the Mas­cot, fa­ce pain­ting and the Ace Mo­dels Miss S­tra­w­ber­ry pa­ge­ant.

The festival is o­pen from 09:00 to 17:00 on Sa­tur­day 30 Sep­tem­ber and 09:00 to 16:00 on Sun­day 1 Oc­to­ber. En­try per day is R150 and in­clu­des the li­ve shows (De­wald Wasser­fall on Sa­tur­day; Ma­jo­zi and Joe Fos­ter on Sun­day) and a free Ola ice-cre­am.
