PINK

-

Skydive Mossel Bay did its first pink load, with participants taking to the sky in 50 shades of pink in support of breast cancer awareness month this past weekend. The Skydivers used their flag jump at the Kwêla Town of the Year Makietie to increase awareness of the annual international health campaign organised every October to increase awareness of breast cancer and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure. Therefore, a percentage of the jump fees were donated to Cancervive, a group of cancer survivors, "celebrating life by showing people there can be life after cancer through awareness projects, education and fundraising".
